Use one or more types of tropical fruit in a fermented beverage of some sort (beer, mead, cider, kombucha, etc.). No requirement on batch size. The ingredient’s impact doesn’t have to be the star of the show, but should be evident. No restrictions on how or when the secret ingredient is to be added.
Some Examples: Passionfruit, dragonfruit, papaya, pineapple, mango, guava, kiwi, durian (bonus points if you use durian).
