Use one or more types of flower in a fermented beverage of some sort (beer, mead, cider, etc.). No requirement on batch size. Hop flowers don’t count as the secret ingredient. The flower’s impact doesn’t have to be the star of the show, but should be evident. No restrictions on how or when the secret ingredient is to be added.
Director’s request: “Please don’t everyone use hibiscus.” There are a lot of great options out there (i.e. jasmine, dandelions, rose petals, rose hips, etc.).
